Your folders are a starting point.
The FileBird importer in FileDeck Pro brings supported documents and nested folder structure across as documents and categories. You can evaluate the result alongside your current setup. It does not replace FileBird’s job of organising every image and media attachment in WordPress.

Check which file formats visitors need to search inside, who should see which documents, and whether earlier versions, review dates or approval before publication matter to your team. Then decide whether your Media Library still needs FileBird’s folders for images. A public display with search and sorting may be enough; if it is, FileDeck’s free library is worth testing too.
