Built and run independently, from London.
FileDeck is a WordPress document library plugin: a searchable, filterable home for the files your organisation publishes — built and run independently from London.
- $59
- And it stays $59
- The renewal is the same figure as the first year, set in the payment gateway rather than promised in copy.
- 30 days
- Money-back guarantee
- On every paid plan. We would rather earn renewals than engineer them.
- GPL
- On your own server
- Your documents live in your WordPress database and your files stay on storage you control.
01The shop
How we run it.
Independence is why the pricing works the way it does.
No investors, no growth targets that fight the product. That independence is why the pricing works the way it does: a free version that’s genuinely usable, renewal prices that never increase, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. We’d rather earn renewals than engineer them.
02Your data
Your library does not depend on us.
Buying from a small independent shop should mean fewer strings, not more.
Buying from a small independent shop should mean fewer strings, not more. FileDeck is GPL software that runs on your server: your documents live in your own WordPress database, your files stay on storage you control — your uploads folder by default, or whatever storage you choose to connect — and serving them to visitors never routes through a service of ours that could be switched off. If a licence lapses you fall back to the free feature set — the library keeps working, your documents stay put, and who can see what is still enforced. You lose the paid features, not control of your own documents.
03Evidence
Do not take our word for it.
The claims here are checkable, and the places to check them are one click away.
The claims on this site are checkable. The live demo is the actual plugin, not screenshots. The changelog shows the release cadence in plain language. Our comparison pages document how we test — including where competitors beat us — and every feature-tier claim on this site is checked against the same registry that gates the shipped code. How we protect files is on the security page, honest limitations included.

05Before you go
The demo is the actual plugin.
Not screenshots, not a video — a real seeded library running the shipped code, and it does not ask you to sign up first.
If something on this site is wrong, tell us and we will correct it. We have done that publicly before, the same day.
