Upload files one at a time or drag in a whole folder — free. On Pro, bulk-convert your Media Library or import a CSV. External links to Drive, Dropbox or SharePoint work too.
Organise and protect
Sort documents into categories, then set access rules where you need them (Pro) — a password or role on a category, a password on a single document, and per-document visibility. Restricted entries stay listed but locked: titles visible, contents and downloads sealed. The exception is a document assigned to specific people, which is hidden from everyone else entirely.

Questions
Can customers find the manual for their exact model?
Yes — categories per product line, instant search as they type, and on Pro, search inside the PDFs themselves, so a model number buried on page 40 still finds the right manual.
Can each product line have its own downloads section?
Yes — one library per section, scoped to a category straight from the Elementor widget’s category picker (or a shortcode attribute), with your own headings between. Or let the folders layout build a section per category automatically. The docs include a step-by-step recipe.
How do we keep firmware versions straight?
Replace the file and the library always serves the current release; Pro keeps the full version history archived, so support can still retrieve what a customer is running.
Can we restrict dealer price lists?
Yes — protect any category with a password or limit it to logged-in roles; restricted documents never even appear to anyone else.
Can we see which documents get downloaded?
Download counts are built in, and Pro adds the analytics dashboard and the full download activity log.
