The software
FileDeck is GPL-licensed WordPress software. Paid licenses cover updates and support for the period purchased and for the number of sites on the plan; the software itself keeps working if a license lapses. License keys are for your own sites (or your clients’ sites, on the Agency plan) and may not be resold.
Pricing, renewals and refunds
Renewal prices never increase: the price you join at is the price you keep. You can cancel renewal at any time and keep using the software. Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Purchases are processed by Freemius, our checkout and licensing provider; their terms also apply to the transaction.
The AI tier
AI features run against an AI provider account that you connect with your own key. Your agreement with that provider governs what it does with the content you send it; FileDeck sends only what the feature needs and stores your key on your own site.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software — free and paid — is provided “as is”, and our total liability arising from it or from this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
