Organise and protect
Sort documents into categories, then set access rules where you need them (Pro) — a password or role on a category, a password on a single document, and per-document visibility. Restricted entries stay listed but locked: titles visible, contents and downloads sealed. The exception is a document assigned to specific people, which is hidden from everyone else entirely.

Yes — libraries reflow for mobile so site teams can pull up documents from a phone.
Can we make sure people use the latest revision?

What is a drawing register?
A drawing register is the controlled list of every drawing on a project — number, title, current revision and issue status — so everyone can tell at a glance which revision is live. FileDeck does not write the register for you; it publishes it, keeps the current revision at a stable link, and archives superseded ones. See version history.
Can we record what was issued to whom?
Yes — on the AI plan, transmittals issue numbered document packages to named recipients with expiring links and a durable register. On Pro, the activity log records every view, search and download with CSV export.
Can we group documents by project?
Yes — use categories per project and the folder layout mirrors them.
Can subcontractors download without accounts?
Yes for public packs; on Pro, protect sensitive categories with a password or role.
